Interactive LED Die Illumination
With the interactive LED illumination feature, the die set will be visible in any production environment so the operator can correctly find the form they require.
When an error occurs, the LED's will light red, visibly stating to the operator they will need to clear the error.
Program Storage Facility
‘PRO-SAVE’ data storage utility gives users the capacity to save programs to the onboard SD card.
‘PRO-SAVE’ allows the use of lots of different die sets from different manufacturers & variations of setup configurations on one machine. Got more than one machine? Simply copy your programs and transfer to your other TC-15T machines.
Terminal Hold
The crimp terminal contact can be retained before the crimping process starts just by selecting the additional two-step operating mode "Terminal Hold".

This simplifies the processing of complex crimp contacts and avoids faulty crimps, increasing your quality yield.
Programmable Parameters
Interaction with the intuitive touch screen interface allows the user to control settings such as die crimping pressure & time, crimping speed and the speed at which the jaw system opens.
Of course, all of these parameters can be locked out from general use with a passcode, so once the system is set it stays that way.
Full Cycle Check
Should the machine operator accidentally remove their foot from the footswitch before the complete cycle of the machine is complete the jaw set will immediately stop and require a reset to be performed with the front panel push button
Auto-calibration
The change over of die sets is made easy with the Auto-calibration feature. Once the new die-set is loaded, the machine can calibrate the crimping jaws to ensure the correct closure position, resulting in safety of the machine & increased quality of crimps.
